Description: Palm Breeze at Watergate Villas East is our remodeled oceanfront, non-smoking Studio condo that is located close to the oceanfront pool at Bolongo beach. This first floor, spacious condo enjoys delightful island breezes and an excellent oceanfront view of Bolongo Bay and its beautiful Caribbean-blue water, coconut palms, and tropical landscape.

Condominium is located where you want to be! Central island location between Charlotte Amalie and Red Hook on the south sunny shore of St. Thomas. Charlotte Amalie, known as the duty-free shopping capitol of the Caribbean, is a short 10 minutes drive west, and Red Hook is only 8 minutes drive east, where guests can take a person or car ferry to enjoy beautiful St. John within 1/2 hour ride.

Perfect for two ~ Our personally owned, oceanfront, non-smoking spacious Studio condo is a romantic accommodation with King size bed, fully equipped kitchen, living/dining area with sofa and dining table, digital Cable television, VCR/DVD player, CD Player, walk-in closet, in-room safe, full bath, and furnished patio with an excellent oceanfront view.

Natural rattan furnishings, air-conditioning (A/C), ceiling fan, updated kitchen, tropical decor, beach gear (cooler and portable chairs), and cool white tile floors are just some of the nice appointments of this condo.

There are three (3) oceanfront restaurants right on property. Mim's Seaside Bistro is located next to the condo, where you can enjoy all-you-can-eat shrimp, Caribbean lobster, and filet mignon, right at the ocean's edge. Iggie's On the Beach with theme nights, and the elegant Bolongo Beach Lobster Grill are just a short 3 minute walk on the beach.

For those of you who may want to dine-in and enjoy the spectacular views and privacy of this charming condo, there is a fully equipped kitchen with all of the appliances and cookware that you have at home. Whether inside or on the patio, you will enjoy the magnificent oceanfront views as you dine.

The close proximity of our Studio condo to the pool and beach is appealing to our guests. No need to pack and carry a cooler for the day. From the pool, you are just a few steps to both the condo for cool refreshments and the beach, which has IGGIE'S, a great little beach bar/restaurant, voted as one of the top 5 Caribbean dining experiences in Caribbean Travel & Life magazine.

At our onsite Bolongo beach are swimming area, snorkeling reef, beach volleyball, tennis courts, basketball, three oceanfront restaurants with theme nights (i.e. Carribbean Carnival Night), onsite Dive shop (St. Thomas Diving Club), Watersport rentals for wave runners, parasailing, windsurfers, sunfish sailboats, kayaks, aqua tricycles, Heavenly Days catamaran charter to St. John for snorkeling,  and much more . . . Bolongo Beach is  a popular site for Weddings and vow renewals.

Location: Convenient and Beautiful Location!!!  Lots of onsite oceanfront amenities at Watergate Villas on Bolongo Beach, and within 15 minutes drive of everything.

Grocery Stores, K-Mart, Duty-Free Shopping in Charlotte Amalie and Havensight, Yacht Haven Grande, Marriott, Red Hook (harbor with ferries to St. John and British Virgin Islands),  Championship Golf Course, Fitness Clubs, Magen's Bay, Paradise Point, Mountain Top, and Airport are nearby within 15 minutes.

The island of St. John, a very short ride from St. Thomas via car or person ferry, is very convenient from the condo. St Croix can be reached by ferry or seaborne airlines. British Virgin Islands (BVIs) are also within ferry distance.

Taxi Service and Rental Cars are available on island. We recommend a rental car for families.  Taxis charge per person per destination and can become expensive.  Advance reservations with Avis or Budget can be much more economical. Having your own transporation can optimize your vacation experience.
