Description: Our personally owned oceanfront, non-smoking condominiums at Watergate Villas East are situated close together in the same building that fronts the oceanfront pool at beautiful Bolongo beach in St. Thomas. Condominiums are decorated exquisitely in tropical decor, and enjoy delightful warm temperatures, year-round island breezes and excellent oceanfront views of Bolongo Bay's tropical beauty and morning sunrises over the Caribbean sea. 

Located where you want to be!  Our condos are centrally located on the south sunny shore of St. Thomas, between Charlotte Amalie and Red Hook, with exquisite amenities inside and out, and within 15 minutes drive of everything. If you have always wanted your own villa in the Caribbean, our condos at Watergate Villas can be your place in the sun.

Both of our oceanfront, non-smoking 2 BR, 2 BA condos are perfect accommodations for couples or families vacationing together. Condos have spacious, 1100+ sq ft, well-designed layouts that promote privacy. Each two bedroom condo accommodates 4 persons perfectly and can accommodate an additional child or two with pullout or aerobed option. Condos feature two air conditioned bedrooms set apart from each other and an air-conditioned living room. Each condo has an oceanfront master suite with a King size bed and large sliding glass door that enjoys a breathtaking view and access to a spacious 30' oceanfront patio/balcony. The second bedroom can be arranged as two twins or together as King size to your preference.

Two full bathrooms ~ Each bedroom has its own bathroom with a tub/shower and vanity/dressing area. All linens, including sheets, bath and beach towels, are provided in the condo.

Wicker/rattan furnishings, air-conditioning, ceiling fans, nice linens, beautiful Caribbean artwork, and cool white tile floors throughout are just some of the nice appointments of the condos. Both condos were recently remodeled for linens and decorations, ceiling fans, A/Cs, and most appliances, and are continuously updated during frequent owner visits.  Washers and dryers are conveniently located in the same building. 

There are three oceanfront restaurants right on property. Mim's Seaside Bistro, where you can enjoy all-you-can-eat shrimp, Caribbean lobster, and filet mignon, right at the ocean's edge, as well as IGGIE'S on the Beach (voted one of the best beach restaurants in the Caribbean with theme nights) and the elegant Bolongo Lobster Grille Restaurant.

For those of you who want to stay in and enjoy the spectacular views and privacy of your own villa, there is a fully equipped kitchen with all of the appliances and cookware that you have at home. A dining area adjoins the living room, and there are also furnishings on the oceanfront patio/balcony for exterior dining and relaxation.

The close proximity of our 2-BR, 2-BA condos to the pool and beach will appeal to parents and children alike. No need to pack and carry a cooler for the day. From the pool, you are at your condo for cool refreshments; and at the pool is direct access to the beach and ocean as pictured below.   We have the most convenient and comfortable setup on the island!
